Our cancelation policy: 

Dear patient like you our time is valuable so we politely request that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to reallocate your appointment to someone else who is awaiting one.

Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, or non-attendance, will result in the full appointment charge being billed.
